The coronavirus outbreak and subsequent order to shelter in place as much as possible has greatly impacted routines. We want to remind you that we have services available to put banking convenience back in your control. Online Banking keeps you connected to your Bronco accounts from any computer, and Online Bill Pay allows you to schedule payments for all your monthly bills. Our Mobile App keeps you connected via your smartphone or tablet. And, our ATM Network is available for cash withdrawals (we have temporarily increased the cash withdrawal limit on VISA® Debit Cards to $500 per 24-hour period). Our drive-thru lanes are also open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. |

In addition to our special VISA® Credit Card offer, we have other financial strategies in place to help if you’ve been financially impacted due to layoff, reduced hours, business closure, etc.
- We are offering Skip-A-Payment for all Bronco VISA® Credit Card balances. You will not be required to make a payment on your Bronco VISA® Credit Card that would normally be due May 6, 2020.*
- Bronco is giving you 90 days to make your first payment on any new Vehicle Loan or Personal Loan from now until June 30, 2020.** If you have a vehicle loan with another lender, talk to us about refinancing it through Bronco. We may be able to free up extra money for you on your monthly payments.
- We will be waiving early withdrawal fees on Share Certificates and Christmas Club Accounts from now through June 30, 2020. After this period, regular withdrawal penalties will apply.***
- Skip-A-Payment availability for all Bronco loans will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Email us at loanskips@broncofcu.com and leave us your name and best contact phone number.
- If you own your own home, talk to us about opening a Home Equity Line of Credit. With it, you can feel secure that money will be available if you need it, but you won’t need to pay anything on it until you actually withdraw funds.
- If you own your home and your Mortgage is with another lender, consider refinancing with Bronco to see if we can get you a lower rate, which will lower your monthly payments.
- You may also want to open a Personal Loan or Line of Credit to have emergency funds on hand.
- If you’re expecting a tax refund this year, you can avoid the volatility of the markets—which will be in turmoil for months to come—and get a guaranteed return with our Share Certificates.
The bottom line is, we want you to have all the tools you need to be proactive during these trying times. Don’t let a looming financial emergency catch you unprepared.

In order to reduce the risk of spreading the coronavirus, we are postponing our Annual Meeting. The new date will be posted once we determine when it will be safe to reconvene.
We are also rescheduling the Shred It/Electronic Recycling events we had scheduled for Wednesday, April 29th at our Stewart Drive office.
Even during these tough times, Bronco is still committed to providing our graduating high school members with an opportunity to apply for our Annual Scholarships. We are extending the application deadline to May 15, 2020. With schools being closed, we will be accepting unofficial transcripts as part of the application process.
