2021 was another challenging year. Covid-19 continued to affect each of you in your personal lives. And it affected Bronco, as well, in how we continued to offer our products and services. Thanks to our understanding members and our terrific staff and volunteers, we were able to operate in a “business as almost usual” manner. Even dealing with the ongoing effects of the pandemic in 2021, Bronco was still able to maintain uninterrupted service to our membership. All facilities remained open all year long with normal operating hours, although we did have to deal with periodic restrictions of wearing masks and practicing social distancing. As we closed last year and entered this one, Covid-19 appears to be gaining some new momentum due to the Omicron variant. But we remain steadfast in our efforts to provide our members with excellent service. We thank many of you who have become less reliant on our physical branches by taking advantage of our ATMs, Night Drop boxes, Online and Mobile banking and our Remote Mobile Deposit service.
Regardless of the challenges we have faced and will face in the future, Bronco remains a safe and sound financial institution ready, willing and able to meet the needs of our members. In fact, we celebrated our 80th anniversary in 2021, and we plan to continue to meet the needs of our members for many more years. But we do know that without each of you, we would be unable to do what we do every day. Thank you so much for choosing Bronco as a proud financial partner. No matter the challenge, we are here to meet your needs.
Thanks again, and I wish a safe and prosperous 2022 to all of you.
