Hometown Heroes – Kerry Daughety

Kerry serves as our Business Services Manager, assisting members with their commercial lending and business account needs. He builds strong relationships with local businesses, guides members through the lending process and provides personalized financial solutions. Kerry is also our go-to expert for addressing unique business situations and consistently goes above and beyond to help Bronco’s business members thrive.

How long have you been with Bronco?

I’ve been with Bronco for five years now, and every year has been a chance to learn and grow—both professionally and personally.

What led you to join the team?

I was drawn to Bronco by its strong community spirit and dedication to excellence. The focus on nurturing talent and supporting its employees made it an easy decision.

What makes you good at what you do?

I believe it’s a blend of solid industry knowledge, a knack for analysis and a genuine passion for helping people succeed. I take pride in building real, lasting relationships with our members and understanding what makes their needs unique.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I love the close connection I have with our members. Every day, whether I’m helping someone navigate a tough financial challenge or celebrating a business milestone, feels like an opportunity to make a real difference.

As the Business Services Manager, how do you help members with their businesses?

In my role as Business Services Manager, I focus on crafting personalized financial solutions and providing lending advice that truly fits each member’s needs. I work side by side with our local business owners to understand their goals, develop tailored lending strategies and support their growth. It’s incredibly rewarding to see firsthand how these efforts contribute to the success and prosperity of our community.

What do you think draws people to Bronco?

What does Bronco’s “Welcome Home” tagline mean to you?

To me, “Welcome Home” is more than just a slogan—it represents a promise that everyone who walks through our doors will feel valued and supported, just like they would at home.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Outside of work, I like to unwind with a walk in nature, a drive in the country, a visit with friends or by getting lost in a good book. Those simple moments of relaxation help me recharge and bring my best self back to work.
