How will I log into the new platform?
You will click on your Visa link within Online24 and it will launch into the new platform.
Who should use this credit card platform?
Any member wanting Visa account information (example: account history, Visa statements, etc.) and members making their Visa payment from a different financial institution
How do I make a Visa payment using another financial institution in the new platform?
You will click on your Visa link to launch the new platform then click ‘Make a Payment’ button. You can select your payment amount, choose the payment date, and payment method (can only save three different accounts)
How do I make a Visa payment using my Bronco Federal Credit Union savings or checking account?
On your account page, press Pay Now to launch the payment window
Does this platform work using the Bronco Federal Credit Union Mobile app?
No, you can still pay your credit card using the Mobile app but to use the new platform, you must launch through Online24 in your web browser.
Will the other financial institutions that I currently have set up in the old platform, transfer to the new platform?
Yes, your current payment accounts will transfer
Can I launch uChoose Rewards within this platform?
Yes, you directly can go into uChoose Rewards from the new platform.
How long does a recurring payment take to go into effect?
If you set up a recurring payment, it takes one billing cycle to take effect so you will need to do a traditional payment for the month you set it up.
How many statements are stored in the new platform?
13 months of statements can be accessed and downloaded as a PDF.
Can I sign up for paperless through the new platform?
Yes, you can turn on paperless.
What transactions show in recent transactions?
Any transaction that occurs after the statement date, will be posted in recent transaction section.
Can I create or update a PIN in the new platform?
Yes, you can create and update a PIN.
Am I able to activate a card through the platform instead of calling?
Yes, you can activate a new card.
Can I dispute charges on the new platform?
No, but you can call 1.855.574.1509
Can I request a credit increase on the new platform?
